Juengling & Associates partners with companies who understand higher performing talent results in better business outcomes. As Principal and owner, I focus my New Orleans based practice on coaching executives and emerging leaders to be more self-aware, learn how to overcome weakness, and strategically position themselves for future success.

Through a well-defined Executive Coaching process, I help leaders implement key results in alignment with the business strategy of the company. This includes accelerating revenue growth, employee engagement, and leadership development.

I bring over two decades of executive level leadership and experience to my practice of executive coaching in New Orleans. My experience is principally in health care administration as a hospital CEO, or as a Division President, supervising hospital chief executives.

I am an academic contributor and executive coach to LSU’s Flores MBA Program. I also speak at area business conferences on topics such as Becoming the Employer of Choice, Understand How to Use Your Strengths, Strategic Employee Development, and Building High Performance Teams. I obtained an MBA from Louisiana State University in 1982.

More About My Background

Running my first hospital at age 29, my responsibilities grew progressively during my years with a Fortune 5000 specialty hospital company. When I left seven years later, I was responsible for a division of eleven hospitals located in seven states with over 1,500 employees. Later in my career, I led the growth of Maryland’s second largest specialty health care system. Over the course of ten years, the company grew from one location to eight locations with nearly $100 million in annual revenue with over 750 employees throughout the state.

In 2009, I made the decision to leave health care and pursue a passion to become a professional and executive coach. I am one of an elite group of Executive Coaches certified by the International Coaching Federation. Less than 31,000 coaches worldwide are certified and only 3,700 coaches have obtained the PCC designation in the United States. I am the only Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) in Louisiana with over two decades of C-Level experience; and my coaching practice is ranked among the top five percent of coaches in the world.
